      - Friendly atmosphere - Good opportunities to learn

      Cons

      - Pay lower than the current market salary - Work was monotonous and unmotivating - No time for listening to our ideas. The urgent was always above the important. - Suffered harassment from my boss. Had to leave and he still works there.
