Some business groups have too much office politics, boot-licking of managers, in-competitive managers and too much of work pressure. Not an ideal place to work.

Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
