      Pros

      Synopsys is a great place to work. My co-workers are very help and cooperative and open to ideas and suggestions from others.

      Cons

      The organization that I belong to is very stagnant. Also, very little time is available to improve the processes. Not much room for career advancement.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
