      Good for the new joiners.

      Cons

      Hectic life started after new CEO joined. Salary is less compared to market. Company loose all the respect and confidence what it stands 2 years back.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
