Pros
Cannot think of any pros for former Ansys employees for now as nothing good has happened since the acquisition. + good colleagues + tech/science/engineering environment + interesting projects
Cons
Low base and bonus pay for such qualified work Small salary increase each year Micromanagement at Synopsys which was not the thing at Ansys High workload with constant pushing towards deadline which was not the thing at Ansys too
