Directionless management - R&D Verification Engineer Synopsys Employee Review

The management is like a headless chicken at least in the APDL R&D Verification side of things. There is no incentive for coworkers to help eachother since it is often penalized since you cannot meet your own goals. Focus is more on quantity rather than quality. Sycophancy can get you far though. Company is filled with people nearing retirement and as a result casual conversations are awkward.
