Company loosing its core value - Staff Engineer Synopsys Employee Review

Company has lost its meaning and core values. Diversity and Inclusion are things of past. HR lead openly tells employees to leave the company if not comfortable. Only motivation to work is not getting fired - and this is never a good sign for any company. Higher management talk like present day politician - honeyed words - "everything is sunshine untill it is not".
