An okay place to work for a short period of time - Technical Support Engineer Synology Employee Review

A lot for you to learn here and the position offers a lot of room to grow. Managers are helpful and understanding, great communication between co-workers. Very nice office environment.

None really. Pay is ok but they struggle to pay a decent amount in the salary due to the reps being used to make 80K as their salary and was not incentivized to sell any more. Now the structure is terrible in which you need to register a deal and it could literally be coming from three different areas. Company is super cheap as well. Wanted reps to fly across country over 3000 miles and had a budget of $300.00. Company is a straight up joke. Managers don't know anything about management and mentoring. The place is a revolving door which never stops moving.

The whole place is full of cons. Way too many to list. Stay away from this cesspool of second-grade type BS.
