      There is flexibility and you are able to work from home/office

      Cons

      Staff are not nurtured and are not supported by management and there is no respect or support within the team due to this lack of support. The work culture and ethics were non excitant within the team.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
