      Pros

      International company with great opportunities to change roles regularly and build a broad knowledge. Exciting and successful products, including pipeline.

      Cons

      The management is currently focused on achieving too ambitious quarterly results, and forgets about quality and longer term vision. For instance they are letting 600 employees go in Switzerland, including high potential people and key non senior jobs. Senior Management has been completely spared the pain.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
