      Goals/tasks oriented with flexible schedule. Lots of employees so no one has to do a lot of work. If you're open to relocation, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Salary's are lower but so is workload for the most part.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
