Some coworkers are amazing individuals ( shipping and production departments specifically) Can bring pets to work HR tries to make the culture fun
Cons
Favoritism is a big thing here Everyone is scared that the owner will be in a bad mood and will get fired with no remorse. Poor organization CEO would rather overwork people than hire people, therefore creating a lot of stress. A LOT of people don't do their work (I'm talking about people who've been there for years...) and falls on other people to correct mistakes or do the work period. Cannot stand up for yourself; and if you do, you'll be fired. They mislead people in interviews; the amount of people I saw get hired, be excited about the company, and then leave because of how things are run was pretty large. Product vessels are very low quality
