There are many cons:- - you will get your salary after 10th of every month and if it's weekend on that date then consider 14 or 15 - This a third party company, so they will eat most of your profits and bonuses you won't get anything - only 12 paid leaves per year - Management is a joke and getting reply from them is very difficult and after you resign then they won't even pick your calls and treat you like nobody.
