      Pros

      Constant support from management that want you to obtain your career goals. Financial assistance in obtaining certifications and opportunities if you are willing to earn it. Family environment with colleagues with random events to kill the monotony.

      Cons

      Decent work-life balance just because the location will be a drive for some DFW residents. Lunch traffic not the most ideal for those who enjoy dining out in this area.

      Absolutely none. In all my years of experience, this is absolutely the worst place I have ever worked. EVER!!!
