Pros
$20 an hour and overtime is available most of the time.
Cons
--They may pay $20 an hour per project but rarely is a project available. --It is possible to officially become an employee and work just one week out of 3 months. --This is not a company to be taken seriously. If you graduate from law school and need a pet project before you find a "real" job, give them a call. --Very unstable work hours....you may have been told that a project will last 2wks and in reality is last 2 days. --Management cancel projects sometimes minutes before you start work for the day.....no heads up given whatsoever. ---Imagine this -- you are sent an email that says a project is available and it will last two weeks. Then they tell you to arrive at 9am and be on time. You're sitting in the parking lot at 8:50am when you get an email (through your cell) that the project has been cancelled ---go home. That really sucks.
