To be honest, no pros.

The CEO is very demanding, which is understandable. The real issue is with getting paid. Paychecks are often delayed and mostly not paid before leaving the company, they’re sometimes only partial payments. A lot of payments are still due. Many former employees left because of this and ended up taking legal action against CEO to recover their unpaid wages. Even now, the situation hasn’t been resolved, and the CEO continues to avoid making payments. So if you’re thinking about joining this company, be very cautious. Everyone deserves a workplace where getting paid on time isn’t a struggle.

Interviewed by CEO himself for first round indicates skeletal staff. Very rude way of talking, lacks professional etiquette. Offered bare minimum pay inspite of having excellent qualifications/experience/credentials. His attitude is take it if you want or don't bother. From social media you can gather that many people leave within few months for joining, same role gets posted frequently
