Pros
401k match and PTO Leave are good, above the industry average. The rest of the benefits are mostly in line with the industry. The marketing department is unrivaled, I am willing to bet they can sell ice to Eskimos.
Cons
Upper management's only care is the bottom line and contract renewal. There is not much concern for customers or employees. Middle-level managers are only appointed by their willingness to follow directions from above, with no professional competence factor whatsoever. Lack of competence in management leads to increased frustration and very low morale across all projects. Meaningless annual performance evaluations. No expectations of annual raises or bonuses for the majority of employees. You only get those through promotions or completing industry certificates.
