      Pros

      Basically nothing at all. They are only interested in using you for short term labour. I was paid over a week late multiple times. To the point I was basically having to argue just to get paid hours id already worked.

      Cons

      You’ll be underpaid and not paid on time. They will ghost you and ignore you. Absolutely disgusting company. I would recommend anyone who wishes to retain their sanity. DO NOT WORK FOR SYNERGIE.

      This is great machine shop. The owner is extremely friendly and a joy to work for. Always room to learn more and expand your knowledge here.

      Cons

      if can be a bit dirty at times but only because they are busy making parts. The owner is always willing to clean up

      The office's team is very committed to their job and clients.

      Cons

      At the offices, they don't have the proper tools to do their job, so they can't be as efficient as Direction wants and as the market requires.
