I look forward to getting to work every day as do the rest of the team which is obvious as nobody arrives late! It's a smart, clean, comfortable place to work where I feel valued and included. We work closely together and spend time together outside of work which creates a fun and supportive culture in the business.

Difficult - because there are none! We are encouraged to discuss what we do and how we work so everyone has the chance to voice their opinions and be a part of how we grow as a business. We are keen to learn and the training opportunities are there for us.
