      Worst company worst culture...they made us do work on weekends..will have to work on all Indian festivals. .if one error comes there are multiple calls. No management...have to work 15+ hours a day

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
