Pros
Syneos offers fair salaries and benefits. There are pockets where process seems to work. There are many people who work hard to do the right thing.
Cons
Too big to be agile. Too much corporate red tape, Departments are far to siloed. Leadership meetings are 30 minute calls with 70 people on the call. Does not build relationships or foster collaboration. Automated systems are cumbersome and inefficient. Sr management is spread too thin and have to touch too many things. they become the roadblock to innovation.
