Pros
The pay is higher than the average, Many people of the company are quite capable. As a CRA you are capable of climbing the ladder incredibly fast. You only need 1 year to go from level I to level II. The current line managers seem to know what they are doing. There are a lot of support "systems"/groups.
Cons
Workpressure is sky-rocketing, yet the company thinks everything is going well, Whenever line managers try to give warnings to higher up, these are usually ignored. They promote this company as a growth friendly one, but this is unfortunately far from true (unless youre CRA). With some roles you might wonder how they got this job, since they lack knowledge and experience. The company is lacking a lot of resources. There is barely to no compensation/benefit. The IT support is very basic and sometimes they do not seem to know what they are doing either. Way too many changes in the upper management in a short time.
