Excellent for starting position, next step in your career, perfect life-work balance, working remote without obligation to go to the office any time if you don't want. Everyone is always flexible and ready to help, in most cases you are fully protected by your own line manager and don't do any kind of work that is not in your scope of work.
Cons
Job responsibilities can get boring, often no space for upgrading, or getting new tasks, long time needed for promotion and proving that you are worth it. Bonuses in Serbia a lot less than in rest of EU countries as well as every other benefit.
