Need to take care of staff - CRA I Syneos Health Employee Review

The Line manager was not supportive enough. During my short time as a CRA, was not given enough guidance to feel happy with the role. Speaking to other senior CRAs, many felt overworked and stressed, with too many projects assigned to them. There is no work balance at all. A lot of CRA 1s were let go, due to poor planning and not enough projects to work on. It is disappointing, because you spend so long on the training program. After being made redundant, it is so hard to find another job, due to syneos giving lack of experience in the role.
