You’ll develop thicker skin than a Rhino working here. Lots of talented individuals that are treated poorly.
Cons
Leadership are shockingly bad and can’t make a good decision between them. ‘Team leaders’ don’t do much in the way of actually leading a team. They only thing they will lead you to is mental health problems. Performance reviews, bonuses and salary increases don’t exist HR and Recruitment aren’t what they used to be. Led by a bunch of clueless people that don’t know how to do their jobs. No transparency at all No values No morals
