      Pros

      Previous bonus plan was based solely on corporate goals, so for the past 2 review cycles the company didn't meet goals and no one got bonuses. This year they finally rolled out a bonus plan that is based on both corporate and business unit goals so I expect a bonus going forward. The company is great about wellness and balancing life. I like the company.

      Cons

      Previously we didn't receive bonuses. Huge disappointment especially when so much money has been made in pharma!

      Incredible management, very communicative, most supportive and kind people i have ever worked with. They want to see you succeed on your contracts and are your safe space for questions and learning. I have never been more pleased with a company. Unlimited PTO

      Most of their recognition is paid out in internal points instead of actual money

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
