Pros
People you work with are amazing, if you are good at what you do you will have no issues. Work / life balance.
Cons
Every manager operates differently, one micromanages while others don't. Most of them are constantly speculating on certain things, never certain on if something will get done. Salary extremely bad for current inflation which is 30 % where i am from and since it has started they have had no plans of raising the salary for at least 15 % like even smaller companies which earn way less.
