If you like a work environment where you are valued as a person, you feel supported in your work and the path forward is communicated clearly and transparently, then look elsewhere. Management from Assoc. Dir all the way to the top don't know how to communicate, how to show that they value their team and demonstrated daily that you are just a body to them.
