Completely new executive leadership team who are implementing too many changes too quickly. It’s chaos at the moment and a lot of highly competent people don’t understand the “why” or “how”. High attrition. Thought leaders and followers are voting with their feet and leaving the business Burn out from constant changes and endless agile sprints and workstreams on top of our day jobs.
