      * Leadership only looks after their own * No leadership direction * High turnover in the last two years * No reward and recognition for doing a good job

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
