      Pros

      Strong company values at a corporate level. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Weak company culture at an office level. Poor work-life balance. Limited opportunities for advancement. Pay is not competitive. No bonuses. Poor HR management. Direct management affects everything. I would recommend leaving after a couple of years if you do not continue to advance.

      Pros

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
