      At the end of the day, you know the work you're doing is saving lives.

      Cons

      They pitch themselves like the Apples and Googles of the world - great benefits, great culture, etc., but are struggling to fill those shoes, whether or not they truly want to.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
