      Great people. Executive Leadership team is transparent. WFH flexibility.

      Cons

      Processes. Tracking mechanisms. Holiday break between Christmas and New Years converted to flexible time off throughout the year. No insight into career advancement/growth opportunities for non-Managers. Benefits ok, but somewhat expensive. 401K match suspended.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
