      The people are great and you are given the opportunity to work on lots of major projects. Plus, free lunch, office snacks and WFH 2 days a week.

      Cons

      Starting salary is low and performance apraisals are often delayed.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
