      Cons

      Should liberate more on Work from home policy and should add benefits in the salary structure, relocation assistance etc. Policies are not up to the mark when it comes to employee benefits.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
