The people not in management roles are great.
Cons
To list all the cons would be like writing a novel; they promote people based on years of experience not if they are qualified for it. People that could not manage a team get promoted and cause good people to leave. It is all about politics. You have to play the game to stay in the good graces of management. HR is an absolute nightmare and tend to say one thing and do the opposite. They are not to be trusted under any circumstance. They are absolutely worthless. Management is so focused on revenue that all that matters is that the Marketing and PR divisions do anything without forethought and planning. This leads to over worked and stressed people doing the work. The attrition rate is so high and they cannot fill open positions because the place is the worse.
