I don’t find a good thing during my tenure
Cons
Biased management. HR managers are good for nothing. Management always concern about themselves instead of employees. BPO culture in Accounts payable team. HR policies are different from every employee. No understanding of parameters for employee yearly appraisal. Favourites would get good appraisal and hard workers are just the hard workers.
