      It seems Good from outside

      Cons

      It's really sad to share that because of few Bad Managers whole organisation is diminishing the reputation. . They are happy because they are getting paid without doing nothing and enjoying the life. All other team is struggling a lot to manage the work and higher management seems helpless and carrying the bad apple in there basket from last how many year don't know.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
