      This was sold to me as an "associate project manager" position, but really I was just the study admin person (meeting minutes, creating and updating spreadsheets, sending mailings, creating site binders, etc.)

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
