      Nothing good . After thinking a lot couldn’t find anything good .

      Cons

      HR don’t take any action on whatever highlighted to them. Even without discussion and submissions of yearly performance review it was closed without any comments.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
