As hard as I tried I cannot think of even one,
Cons
Salaried exempt is not! I as well as others were told we had to make up time even as we put in 60 to 70 hours per week. Teamwork was discouraged. Broken processes and systems were blamed on employees. Position was process heavy with no management support.
