      Excellent company with lots of opportunity for career progression. The senior leadership are very connected . Flexible working patterns and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      A fast paced organisation may not appeal to all. Work load is heavy but well supported by the leadership and management .

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
