      Worked with some of the most toxic people I have ever worked with in my life. Some people were straight up rude and unprofessional. The industry is old school and change isn’t widely accepted. Favoritism for the wrong people and nepotism is real

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
