Following the acquisition of Synteract, Synteract employees unfortunately did not receive the necessary specific training for the Syneos processes that applied to them after the acquisition. As a result, many Synteract colleagues became increasingly dissatisfied over time and ultimately resigned within a period of a few months to two years.
