      Some benefits. 3-5 protocols to manage at a time. Good for those new to clinical research.

      Cons

      Too many changes in line management. Very heavy workload. Only way to get promoted is to consistently hit unrealistic metrics. Regional monitoring not available.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
