      Pros

      Really goos benefits, they offer tuition reimbursement that help me a lot! It is a great company to grow. They raised the salary every year after they do a annual evaluation

      Cons

      The shift hours are a little restricted. Most of the changes for that goes by seniority. The call center is fully closed only of Christmas Day. So we work the other holidays but they did paid half-time.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
