Pros
Everything here is great from Management to employees, you will fall in love with this company. I currently work in one of the top in the world still it can't beat Synchrony. Here you will fall in love with the culture and if you are super lucky, will make friends for life.
Cons
Only 2 but negligible. 1. No national holidays(for majority of LOB), 2. Less pay. Both of these can be forgotten if you are happy and I believe Synchrony will do that. When you will spend some good amount of years you will start to think these two things as negative but when you leave the organisation these 2 things will make you feel like they were negligible. You will know the value of the Synchrony when you'll leave.
