      Good company, helping nature of people and stakeholders, EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, perks and overall benefits good

      Cons

      Lagging behind in technology Lots of meetings , needless meetings , pressure everyday, technology leadership sucks especially digital servicing team Is better to avoid to save your peace. I did resign escalting the Digital servicing toxicity to HR but no one really cared

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
