Pros
None, absolutely none. They have a free coffee pot to keep the employees working. Some of the older employees are knowledgeable. The receptionist takes her best efforts to keep the atmosphere lively by having weekly games.
Cons
Join Synqor and instantly travel back to the 90s where people still work with pen and paper and virtual meetings are treated as Taboo so as to micromanage employees. Don't get fooled by the caricatures at reception, 70% of the employees have left the company. This is a family-owned business and your life will only be better if you are somehow connected to the family otherwise working here is unbearable. Managers and process owners will ensure that they demotivate you based on your inexperience to keep you under control and micromanaged. Extreme nepotism and partiality are the basic work culture. There is nothing else done or talked about except work. Synqor is the only company where HR is practically nonexistent but somehow has 2 people working. Suitable for people who don't want to express creativity and are ok with monotonous work with their heads down. No flexibility to WFH anytime even if you are sick, injured, or have any personal issues. Getting seen taking a break or getting spotted in the break room is a sign of slacking by management
