      Free lunch for production and warehouse employees.

      Cons

      Heavy top but slim middle and bottom levels. Long working hours including OT for production and warehouse employees. Increment lower than inflation rate.

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
